Coach Engagement and Operations Coordinator, Part-Time
About the Role
We’re looking for a highly organized, people-oriented Coordinator to support the growth, engagement, and day-to-day operations of our coaching community. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing systems and structure with relationship-building and supporting the organization of learning content behind the scenes.
The Coordinator will help create a more connected and engaged coach experience by supporting communications, tracking key data, organizing resources, and helping operational processes run smoothly behind the scenes.
Approximately 80% of this role focuses on coach engagement and operational coordination, with the remaining 20% supporting simple video editing and content organization for our growing Coach Resource Hub. This is not a professional video production role. Instead, we're looking for someone comfortable making basic edits in tools like iMovie or similar software (Canva, CapCut, Clipchamp) to create clean, organized learning resources.
This is a part-time role (15–20 hours/week) .
